Contingency tables of phenotypes

Wrapper of the dsBaseClient::ds.table to directly use the phenotype data stored on a GenotypeData object on the server

ds.table_gds(gds, variable, datasources = NULL)

Arguments

gds

character Name of the GenotypeData object on the server

variable

character Phenotype variable to get the contingency table

datasources

a list of DSConnection-class objects obtained after login

Results of the dsBaseClient::ds.table
